The Jazz is a dance form that emphasizes the originality and the individual style of each medical instructor. Like discipline, the jazz helps to increase the elasticity us and the balance, diminishes stress. it improves the dream and the circulation, fortifies the legs, it helps in the fat burning fire and increases to the grace and the self-esteem.

The Jazz arose from the Afro-American popular dances that danced to the rate of music Jazz from century XIX. For 50 years ' s a distinction between dance APT (dances percusivo with the feet also used to dance music jazz) and the dance is created Jazz. It is after this time where the dance Jazz evolves within the theaters of Broadway and thanks to the work of people like Bob Fosse, (Chicago, Night club), Jerome Robbins (West Side Story) and Cole Jack (Gentlemen Prefer Blondes) among others. At the moment the Jazz has evolved as technical own but it is continued influencing of the ballet, the contemporary dance and hip hop.

Generally the structure of a class of Jazz includes the following thing:
Heating: Movements to warm up muscles and to avoid injuries.
Muscular fortification: Preparation through exercises of floor, jumps or jazz techniques (Pliés, Tendús, Relevés etc)
Elasticity: Strechings with exercises in the floor and jazz techniques (Développés, Arabesques, Fondues)
Control of Center: Exercises to increase the balance of the body. (Relevés, Coupés, Passés, Rond de Jambes)
Work of Spot: Exercises of turn (pirouettes) to reduce I navigate and the imbalance when turning.
Diagonals: Small sequences to increase coordination and to do work of Spot, jumps and falls.
Choreography: Group dance of a song. (Normally, the funniest part)
